1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Palpitagem FC ("Platform"), you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of service
Palpitagem FC is a gamified sports prediction platform. The service allows you to create and join leagues, make predictions on matches, and track results and rankings, for entertainment and friendly competition. The Platform may offer cash prizes tied to a user's own prediction performance — such as the pool ("bolão") between league participants and the monthly prize, described in clauses 6 and 7 — but it is never a betting house: there is no odds-setting, no wagering on third-party outcomes, and no sports-betting intermediation by the Platform.
3. Registration and responsibility
The user must provide accurate data and keep their registration up to date. The user is solely responsible for safeguarding their password and the use of their account. The user agrees not to transfer, sell or share access to third parties and to notify the Platform of any unauthorized use.
4. User conduct
The user agrees to use the Platform lawfully, respecting other users and the rules of the game. Acts constituting harassment, discrimination, fraud, result manipulation or any conduct that violates the law or these terms are prohibited. Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent eligibility limits for prizes or plan benefits is prohibited, including the one-account-per-CPF requirement described in clause 7. Non-compliance may result in a warning, suspension or account termination, including forfeiture of pending prizes.
5. Paid plans and subscriptions
Palpitagem FC offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Legend and Liga VIP), with additional benefits described on the site. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as chosen by the user) through Stripe, and renew automatically until the user cancels. Cancellation can be done at any time from the account panel and takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no pro-rated refund of the current period, except where required by law. The Platform may change plan prices at any time, honoring the price already contracted until the end of the current billing cycle.
6. League pool ("bolão")
A private league's administrator may enable a pool with an entry fee they define. The amount collected from participants who opt in is redistributed among the top performers of the period, via Pix, using the CPF each participant provides when entering. The Platform does not intermediate any betting: the prize is formed solely by the sum of that pool's own participants' entry fees, and distribution follows only each participant's prediction performance.
7. Monthly prize
The Platform may distribute, monthly and funded by Pro and Legend subscriptions themselves, a cash prize to the subscribers of those plans who get the most right in the monthly ranking, restricted to those with an active subscription as of the 10th day of the month being assessed. The amounts, the split between placements, and the existence of the program may be changed or discontinued by the Platform at any time, with notice on the site or app, and do not constitute a guarantee of income or a vested right. Payment is made via Pix, by the 10th of the month following the assessed month, requiring a valid CPF that is unique per account — each CPF may be linked to only one account on the Platform. Whoever administers the Platform does not compete for this prize.
8. Intellectual property and license
All Platform content (brands, texts, interface, logic and features) is the property of Palpitagem FC or its licensors. The user is granted only a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license for personal and non-commercial use of the Platform, in accordance with these terms.
9. Privacy and personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By registering, the user consents to the collection and use of data necessary for the provision of the service, improving the experience and, where applicable, sending authorized communications. For Pro and Legend subscribers, and for pool participants, the CPF is collected specifically to enable prize payment via Pix and to prevent multiple accounts belonging to the same person, and is not used for other purposes.
10. Modifications and termination
The Platform may amend these Terms of Service at any time, notifying users via the app or website. Continued use after the changes are published constitutes acceptance. The user may close their account at any time; the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of a violation of these terms.
11. General provisions
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Palpitagem FC. Tolerance of any breach does not imply waiver. In the event of a dispute, the applicable law and jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the user's location or the Platform's registered office.
